We are a Full Service Bernina & HandiQuilter Long Arm Service Center
For our customers that must travel a long distance to get their machine serviced, we offer a *same-day service for most machines. A same-day service must be scheduled in advance with one of our technicians. We'll discuss any special requirements such as the possibility of replacing parts that may need to be ordered in advance.
*Due to the unique service requirements of the 8-series machines, we cannot schedule a same-day service for the BERNINA 820, 830 & 880.
This is one of our most popular services available. It’s made a big difference for many of our customers, and is provided with the highest level of excellence.
For our local customers, feel free to drop your machine off during our normal shop hours. Our turn around time for a normal service without additional parts that must be ordered is usually 5-7 days.
