Yes you CAN learn to quilt!
Classes are a fun way to learn and stay motivated. Join us as we learn together.
Mystery Quilt
Dates: May 2, Jun 6, Aug 1, Sep 5, Oct 3, Nov 7, Dec 5
If you love mysteries, this class is for you. Please sign up two weeks prior to the class so Sandy has time to prepare your materials. All classes are on the first Saturday from 9:30am - 2:30pm.
Each class is a new mystery pattern.
$50 plus supplies.
Runners Club has turned into
CHARM SCHOOL!
Love to take a class, but don't want to commit to a big quilt? Simply Charming patterns are quick and easy, using only a charm pack and a few accent fabrics. Projects range in size from table topper to tummy quilt. You must purchase a charm pack at the shop & the pattern is FREE!! (You don't have to take the class to get the FREE pattern.) There is a limited number of kits available to make one just like our shop sample, or make one with any charm pack we carry.

Quilted Scarecrow​​

Lori Holt has done it again. . .the cuteness factor of the Quilted Scarecrow is off the charts! Join Patti as she guides us through the different sections of piecing a scarecrow with fabric. This 13-month program will end just in time for harvest next year.
Cost: $100 one-time fee (you get over 39 hrs of instruction!)

Join Paula for this monthly Brown Bag club over the lunch hour (12:00 am-1:00 pm) to show off your blocks each month. . . . .if your schedule is jam-packed and you can't take a long class, join this fun group for an hour each month.
Cost: One time sign up fee of $10.00.

Sew Kind of Wonderful and Free Spirit have teamed up to create this vibrant street scape quilt using the Wonder Curve Ruler & new Sew Square 3 Ruler (included in kit). The kit includes over 11 yards of gorgeous Free Spirit fabric that you'll love using to create your Park Place quilt.

Featherweight Friends
(3rd Saturdays)
Join fellow featherweight friends monthly as we learn how to maintain our Singer 221s and use them to make beautiful things! We'll be working on various projects throughout the year, but you are always welcome to work on your own project during our time together if you don't care to make the planned project. We can't wait to hear your story and how you came to own a Featherweight. 9:30-12:30 OR 1:00-4:00

Embroidery on Everything!

Learn how to Embroidery on Everything! This 12-month course introduces you embroidery topics including in-the-hoop, patches, free-standing lace, terry cloth, applique, fleece and much more! If you're new to machine embroidery or just want to brush up on your embroidery knowledge, please join us for this fun-filled class using your own machine.
Cost: $150 (includes lessons & designs for all 12 classes) + supplies

Easy Piecing Grid Quilt
"Granny's Scrappy Rows"

Dates: Apr 24 AND 22 May
Using only 2 1/2" squares, we will stitch together an intricate quilt with perfect intersections every time. We'll be using Ten Sisters Easy Piecing On-Point Borders to create this unique quilt from the book "Around the Block Quilts." In the first class we'll create the pieces strips & in the second class we'll assemble the strips & border pieces.
Cost: $50 plus supplies

Beginning Sewing
Pajama Pants
Dates: May 23, Jun 27, Jul 25, Aug 22
Learn sewing basics skills while creating several projects over the course of 9 months. You do not have to take all 9 classes, just the ones that appeal to you! Who doesn't love PJs? This class will introduce you to pattern reading and layout using a simple PJ Pant pattern. The project will continue in June as you sew the pants together in class. We can't wait to see you!

Beginning Quilting

If you've ever dreamed of making your first quilt, now's the time! Join Paula for 6 sessions where you'll learn how to use quilting tools properly, achieve an accurate seam allowance as well as fabric & color selection as your first quilt top comes together.
