Classes are a fun way to learn and stay motivated. Join us as we learn together.
Mystery Quilt
Dates: Sep 5, Oct 3, Dec 5
If you love mysteries, this class is for you. Please sign up two weeks prior to the class so we have time to prepare your materials. All classes are on the first Saturday from 9:30am - 2:30pm.
Each class is a new mystery pattern.
$50 plus supplies.
English Paper Piecing & Other Handwork w/Paula
Dates: Sep 11, Oct 9, Nov 13, Dec 11
Join Paula for all-things-hand-sewing. She loves EPP, hand piecing, hand applique, embroidery. . . really anything with a needle and thread! Bring your project or start something new and Paula will guide you thru stitching and embellishing to complete a master piece. All classes are on the second Friday from 10:00-12:00.
$20 plus supplies.
Runners Club has turned into
CHARM SCHOOL!
Love to take a class, but don't want to commit to a big quilt? Simply Charming patterns are quick and easy, using only a charm pack and a few accent fabrics. Projects range in size from table topper to tummy quilt. You must purchase a charm pack at the shop & the pattern is FREE!! (You don't have to take the class to get the FREE pattern.) There is a limited number of kits available to make one just like our shop sample, or make one with any charm pack we carry.

Brown Bag Club (BBC)

Join Paula for this monthly Brown Bag club over the lunch hour (12:00 am-1:00 pm) to show off your blocks each month. . . . .if your schedule is jam-packed and you can't take a long class, join this fun group for an hour each month.
Cost: One time sign up fee of $10.00.

Featherweight Friends

Join fellow featherweight friends monthly as we learn how to maintain our Singer 221s and use them to make beautiful things! We'll be working on various projects throughout the year, but you are always welcome to work on your own project during our time together if you don't care to make the planned project. We can't wait to hear your story and how you came to own a Featherweight. 9:30-12:30 OR 1:00-4:00

Embroidery on Everything!

Learn how to Embroidery on Everything! This 12-month course introduces you embroidery topics including in-the-hoop, patches, free-standing lace, terry cloth, applique, fleece and much more! If you're new to machine embroidery or just want to brush up on your embroidery knowledge, please join us for this fun-filled class using your own machine.

The Golden Rule, LLC

Whether you are learning to make garments or want to strengthen your skills, this one-hour lecture will introduce you to this fantastic product.

Beginning Quilting 101

Learn the basics of creating a quilt top with Paula as she teaches you the basics from proper rotary cutting techniques to an accurate 1/4" seam allowance and beyond. You'll finish the class with the confidence to tackle Quilting 201!

Take the next step with Paula after completing her Quilting 101 class. In this class you'll go beyond the basics and learn different techniques for creating half-square triangles, flying geese and much more! You'll finish this class with a quilt top that's uniquely yours.
